Billing & Plans

Lotwright bills monthly with no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing.

Plans overview

  • Starter — $99/month — Up to 10 active jobs, 5 users, 50 GB storage. Good for builders just getting started.
  • Standard — $199/month — Up to 25 active jobs, 10 users, 100 GB. The most popular plan for builders doing 10–50 homes per year.
  • Pro — $399/month — Up to 75 active jobs, 20 users, 200 GB. For multi-community builders.
  • Enterprise — Custom — Unlimited jobs, white-label, priority support. Contact us.

Trade partner portal access is free on all plans — no per-trade fees, no limits.

Change your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select your new plan and confirm.

Upgrades take effect immediately and you're billed the prorated difference for the current month. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Add-ons

Add-ons are purchased in addition to your base plan:

  • Extra user seat — $15/month per seat beyond plan limit
  • Extra 10 active jobs — $35/month
  • AI Voice Walk packs — 100 extra walks for $20, 500 for $80
  • Photo Retention — Extended photo storage (24/60/120 months) — contact us for pricing

Add-ons appear as line items on your monthly invoice.

View invoices

Go to Settings → Billing → Invoice History to see all past invoices. Each invoice includes a PDF you can download for your records.

Payment failure

If a payment fails, Lotwright retries the charge automatically. You'll receive an email with a link to update your payment method. Full access continues during the retry window (up to 14 days).

If payment fails and isn't resolved within 14 days, some features are restricted. A banner appears in the app with a direct link to your billing portal.

Important: Update your payment method as soon as you get a payment failure email — retries happen on fixed schedules and waiting too long can interrupt your team's access.

Cancel your subscription

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you have 90 days to export your data before it's permanently deleted.

We'll send a reminder 30 days and 7 days before deletion — you can reactivate your account any time within the 90-day window to restore full access.
